About
Us
Great Speakers
was founded in 2006, by Ray and Wendy Lombardi. The primary focus
of the company is to help people uncover their natural speaking
ability in a friendly, supportive environment that fosters learning.
Our belief is that the best learning takes place when students are
relaxed and are provided with a clear set of objectives and how
to achieve them.
We use humor
and a personal approach with students to help them to overcome their
fears and become better speakers. Our personal approach sets us
and our students apart – you’ll recognize us by our confidence,
sense of humor, and willingness to take risks. We create a friendly
and supportive environment to help you overcome your fear of public
speaking. And once you’ve conquered your fears, there’s almost nothing
you can’t do!
If you are
already comfortable with public speaking, we can show you techniques
to make your presentations even better. We’ll teach you to organize
your speech elements, add vocal variety, and how to use body language.
You can also learn how to incorporate humor and how to connect with
your audience. By practicing these techniques you can make your
presentations more successful.
Great Speakers
provides individual and group training to speakers in corporate
and private settings throughout New England . In addition, we
also provide OSHA Construction Safety Outreach training (10 hour
and 30 hour).
